Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate to support store management, help customers, and drive sales through friendly service, merchandising, and efficient operations. You will assist with shipments, pricing, and loss prevention; maintain a neat sales floor; and be ready to work across multiple stores within the district.

A 35–40 hour work week and a competitive hourly pay between $16.00 and $17.00 per hour are offered, along with eligibility for the company 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Strong command of the English language for clear communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Open availability to meet business needs and cover shifts.
• Willing to work across multiple stores in the district.

Responsibilities
