Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Sturtevant, WI to safeguard clients across Retail/Malls and other sites. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide excellent customer service while following site policies.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, tenants, and visitors by following security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and customer concerns in a calm, professional manner and report observations to appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols in retail/mall areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, document incidents and complete required reports.
Assist with traffic flow, lost-and-found inquiries, directions, and other visitor services while maintaining a professional presence.
