Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a Store Associate in Lancaster. You will stock and merchandise shelves, cashier customers, and keep the store clean and inviting. You’ll work closely with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service and an efficient shopping experience.

Starting wage is $20 per hour with scheduled increases in years 2–5. This is a full-time position with 30+ hours weekly on average. Benefits include retirement plans, insurance, and paid leave per ALDI guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment including cash registers and POS systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products; maintain organized shelves.
• Cashier and process purchases using the POS system.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and drive-thru processes.
• Follow cash policies and maintain loss prevention standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety for customers and teammates.
• Support management in achieving efficiency and loss-reduction goals.
