TESO Group in Overland Park is seeking a Retail Associate (Full-Time) to support merchandising, replenishment, pricing, and customer service in our Overland Park store.

Under supervision, you will maintain displays, assist customers, clock in/out, assist with receiving, and report issues. Previous retail experience is preferred; training is available. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma / vocational secondary school or above.
• Experience in retail or related service industries preferred; training may be provided.
• Knowledge of merchandising, replenishment, price labels, expiration management.
• Strong execution, responsibility, service orientation, attention to detail and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance; wear uniform, badge, and tools.
• Greet customers, guide to products, and provide basic introductions.
• Clock in/out, handoffs, and complete daily work forms.
• Manage shelving, front-facing, merchandising, pricing accuracy, and labels.
• Assist with receiving, stockroom organization, and inventory counts.
• Promptly report issues to Team Leader or Store Manager.
• Maintain testers, samples, and display materials as required.
