Job summary

ALDI is seeking a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store in top condition. You’ll work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service and help create a positive shopping experience.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with planned increases each year, and full-time schedules average 30+ hours per week. Benefits include 401(k), EAP, and paid holidays for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and assist customers.
• Operate the POS system to scan purchases and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards.
• Open additional check lanes as needed to support checkout efficiency.
• Assist with curbside pickup and ensure timely delivery to customers' vehicles.
