Job summary

Goody Goody is hiring for a Full-Time Retail Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and support daily store operations including sales, merchandising, inventory, and store presentation. You will greet customers, maintain product knowledge, process transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work with a team, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, count, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic understanding of customer service and sales principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn and efficiently operate a POS system.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking every customer.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently support customer selections.
• Support sales through featured promotions and company initiatives.
• Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions.
• Stock shelves and assist with inventory organization and replenishment.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness, safety, and visual standards.
• Follow all operational, safety, and loss-prevention procedures at all times.
