Job summary

Goody Goody is hiring for a Full-Time Retail Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and support daily store operations including sales, merchandising, inventory, and store presentation. You will greet customers, maintain product knowledge, process transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work with a team, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, count, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic understanding of customer service and sales principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn and efficiently operate a POS system.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Full-Time Retail Associate

As a Full-Time Associate, you are a key part of our customer experience. You’ll provide friendly, knowledgeable service while supporting daily store operations including sales, merchandising, inventory, and store presentation.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you’ll create an outstanding shopping experience by assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, bagging and carrying out merchandise, stocking shelves, managing inventory, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, grasp, and perform repetitive motions

• Ability to move merchandise using carts, dollies, hand trucks, or similar equipment
• Occasional walking and stair climbing may be required
