Job summary

Goody Goody is hiring a Part-Time Retail Associate to help create an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, process transactions at the POS, and support daily store operations with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, basic sales knowledge, and the ability to work well in a team. Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, count, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic understanding of customer service and sales principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn and efficiently operate a POS system.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking every customer.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently assist with selections and recommendations.
• Support sales through featured promotions and initiatives.
• Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions.
• Stock shelves, receive and organize inventory, and assist with merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance.
• Follow all safety, operational, and loss-prevention procedures at all times.
