Job summary

You will operate the POS system, follow cash procedures, and assist in opening additional check lanes as needed to maintain efficient checkout. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with step increases through Year 5.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses POS system to scan and process customer purchases and reports scanning issues to management.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows line policy and opens additional check lanes as required for efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly according to merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and ensures timely delivery to customers' vehicles.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assists management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Complies with all company policies and processes.
• Supports a safe working environment by addressing hazards and maintaining equipment.
• Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to company standards.
