Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to ensure a clean, well-stocked store and a positive shopping experience. You will perform cashiering, stocking, and merchandising tasks while working with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week. Starting wage is $18.50 per hour, with wage increases in subsequent years as part of the compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Operate POS system to ring up purchases.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Stock shelves and follow merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
