ALDI Saint Charles, MO is hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering and store cleanliness. Expect 30+ hours per week with starting wage of $18.50 per hour and scheduled increases over five years.

The role emphasizes teamwork and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include operating the POS, cash handling, assisting customers, curbside pickup, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Accurately scans and processes purchases using the POS system.
