Job summary

Samsoonie Food Ltd dba NR Food Services (Samsoonie Noodle & Rice) is seeking full-time permanent cooks to join our team in Richmond. Wages range from $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, with 30–40 hours per week and vacation pay as a percentage of wages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Order food and kitchen supplies.
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
