Promises Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician for a residential facility in Pennsylvania. The role requires around-the-clock milieu supervision, assisting clients with daily needs, and supporting clinical staff in a therapeutic setting.

Shifts include 6am–6:30pm or 6pm–6:30am with a rotating 4 days on, 3 days off schedule; strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year experience in the addiction or mental health fields preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions; maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 24/7 supervision of clients in a residential setting.
• Assist with routine transportation of clients.
• Maintain safety and OSHA-compliant practices.
• Assist with medication observations and vitals documentation.
• Support clinical staff and document client information in EMR.
• Facilitate non-clinical activities and groups within scope.
