You will maintain a clean, organized kitchen while following health and safety guidelines, assist with special events, monitor temperatures, and support dining service with timely meal presentation to residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residents, ensuring high quality and presentation
• Develop and maintain a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute special events and themed meals
• Monitor food temperatures, storage, and rotation for safety and quality
• Participate in meal service and ensure timely delivery to dining room
• Maintain inventory of food and supplies and place orders as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and accommodate dietary needs
