Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residents, ensuring dishes are presented with flair and attention to detail
• Develop and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute special events and themed meals
• Monitor food temperatures, storage, and rotation to ensure safety and quality
• Participate in meal service and presentation, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to dining room
• Maintain accurate inventory of food and supplies, and place orders as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to dietary needs and preferences
