About the Role

As a Full-Time Cook at Autumnwood Care Center, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and delicious meals for our residents. You will work closely with our dietary team to develop menus that cater to our residents' diverse dietary needs and preferences. Your attention to detail, creativity in the kitchen, and passion for cooking will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.

• Prepare and cook meals for residents, ensuring that all dishes are presented with flair and attention to detail

• Develop and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute special events and themed meals

• Monitor food temperatures, storage, and rotation to ensure the highest quality and safety of our residents' meals

• Participate in meal service and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are delivered to the dining room in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain accurate inventory of food and supplies, and place orders as needed

• Provide excellent customer service to our residents, responding to their dietary needs and preferences
