Job summary

• Monitor food temperatures, storage, and rotation to ensure the highest quality and safety of our residents’ meals
• Participate in meal service and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are delivered to the dining room in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate inventory of food and supplies, and place orders as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to our residents, responding to their dietary needs and preferences
