Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Full-Time team member to assist residents with daily living activities, transport to activities and meals, and promptly respond to emergencies within a caring, safe environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, state requirements, and CPR certification preferred. Prior elderly-care experience and a calm, respectful demeanor are valued traits. Full-time benefits and vaccination guidance are provided as outlined in the posting.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide residents with assistance in activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Review resident care plans, as well as obtaining vital signs.
