Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Resident Assistant in the Assisted Living program. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, transport them within the community, and respond to emergencies while adhering to care plans and monitoring vital signs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must meet all state educational requirements for the role.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly residents preferred.
• Calm, helpful, respectful demeanor encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in daily living activities (grooming, bathing, personal environment).
• Transport residents to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly.
• Review resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
