Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support with policy inquiries, account maintenance, billing questions, and general insurance-related services.

• Distraction-free work space with 4 walls and a door, no electronics, people, pets, noise, etc.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including occasional overtime based on business needs.

• Candidate must have cable or fiber optic internet service provider and ability to plug equipment directly into a modem (No WiFi)
