Sentara Medical Group—Sentara Park is seeking a Full-Time Remote Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Telehealth Services team. You will support high-quality virtual patient care and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team across our communities.

The position offers an up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with one weekend and one closing shift per month.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: Less than a year of related experience is required.
• Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent is required.
• Certification/Licensure: BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Certification/Licensure: CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, NRCMA, CMAC, or EMT-Basic certification from an accredited organization

Aufgaben

• The Certified Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative/clerical tasks under the direction of the physician or nursing staff.
• Assists with virtual patient encounters and telehealth workflows.
• Maintains charting, vitals, and specimen collection as trained.
• Ensures compliance with certification and safety standards.
