Job summary

Sentara Health's Sentara Medical Group – Sentara Park is seeking a Full-Time Remote Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to deliver high-quality virtual patient care within our Telehealth Services team. You will collaborate with a dedicated healthcare staff to improve patient outcomes across the communities we serve.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with 1 weekend and 1 closing shift per month. Requires CMA/EMT-Basic or equivalent, BLS within 90 days, and a high school diploma or

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Current CMA/EMT-Basic certification or equivalent from an accredited organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care and administrative tasks under supervision.
• Support delivery of virtual telehealth care and patient communication.
• Collaborate with physicians, NP/PA, RN and LPN as delegated.
