Job summary

Sentara Medical Group- Sentara Park seeks a Full-Time Remote Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support Telehealth Services and high-quality virtual patient care. This role offers up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and requires a CMA certification with BLS completion within 90 days of hire.

The position involves patient care and administrative duties, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend/closing shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Current CMA/CCMA/RMA/NRCMA/CMAC or EMT-Basic certification from an accredited organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CMA-level patient care through telehealth services.
• Perform administrative tasks to support virtual visits and scheduling.
• Coordinate with physicians, NP/PA, and nursing staff under supervision.
• Follow protocols and competency evaluations as directed.
