Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for the Arcadia Trails location in Edmond, Oklahoma. This full-time 12-hour shift (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) role focuses on delivering and documenting patient care with opportunities for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

The position involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, plus supervision and mentorship of other staff. Oklahoma RN licensure and BLS/CPR are required, with additional certifications as service lines

Qualifications

• RN license in OK or multi-state via compact (eNLC)
• BLS or CPR certification required within 30 days of hire (Hospice may require CPR)
• Other required certifications/competencies depend on service line

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient needs
• Develop and update plan of care
• Implement and monitor patient care interventions
• Evaluate effectiveness of care provided
• Supervise and coordinate licensed and non-licensed staff
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing support
