Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Meadowlake in Enid, OK is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The Staff RN reports to the manager, director, or vice president, and supports care delivery across units.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state eNLC
• BLS or CPR certification required within specified timelines
• Additional certifications/competencies based on service line

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re-assessment
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of outcomes of interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel
• Provides guidance and mentorship to staff and students

Education
