Full-Time Registered Nurse, Home Health $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) serving patients in Philadelphia, PA. This position offers a $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS and premium rates for experienced clinicians.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing 1:1 skilled nursing, interventions, and supportive care based on individual care plans.
2. Performing client assessments, administering medications, wound care, and treatments.
3. Educating patients and families, and monitoring patient conditions.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Home healthcare experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Ability to travel to patient locations.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and compassionate care skills.
