CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care across diverse settings, including underserved communities through travel staffing.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have at least one year of nursing experience with six months in travel roles, and can live within 60 miles of the assigned facility. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with ongoing certifications as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and competencies.

• Utilizing the nursing process- assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation- to deliver individualized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the full scope of nursing standards and adhering to relevant regulations and ethical codes.
