Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• CDCA/LCDC certification or working toward licensure.
• Experience with substance use treatment principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients individually and in groups, offering support throughout recovery.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans with licensed counselors.
• Organize, facilitate group therapy, and create educational materials.
• Maintain accurate client records and coordinate scheduling and paperwork.
• Participate in community outreach and crisis interventions as needed.
