You must commit to real estate full-time, be coachable, organized, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. A Wisconsin real estate license is required before joining.

Qualifications

• One to three years of sales experience.
• Willingness to obtain Wisconsin real estate license before joining the team.
• Committed to working in real estate full-time.
• Coachable, accountable, and self-motivated.
• Organized and responsive.
• Available during weekdays, evenings, and weekends based on client needs.
• Equipped with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound and team-generated leads.
• Follow up consistently and convert leads into appointments.
