Dan Realty Group is seeking a motivated full-time real estate agent in Wisconsin. You will convert inbound leads, prospect daily, and attend coaching sessions to build a six-figure income through our proven systems and accountability.

Our team offers structured support and a clear path to $100k+ in earnings, with many agents reaching $150k–$200k+. This is a full-time, commission-based opportunity, with a home office in Eau Claire and expansion in Ladysmith and nearby counties.

Qualifications

• Full-time only (no part-time or hobby agents)
• Goal-oriented — must want to earn $100k+
• Must be willing to get your WI real estate license
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable, driven, and commission-only structure

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads and work warm lead ponds
• Daily prospecting and follow-up to build predictable income
• Attend coaching and training sessions (scripts, business planning, accountability)
• Hold buyer and seller appointments
• Use our CRM and technology tools to stay organized and on track
• Participate in open houses and brand-building activities
