Hope Autism Clinic in Huntsville, AL is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work directly with children ages 2–8, applying ABA principles to teach communication and early learning skills. • Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful background clearance.
• RBT credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using ABA.
• Communicate progress with families/guardians.
• Track session data and support goal achievement.
• Assist with planning for clinic-based group activities.
