Job summary

Hope Autism Clinic in Huntsville, AL seeks a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using ABA principles. You will communicate progress with families, track data, and assist the team in implementing individualized goals.

The role requires 18+ with the BACB RBT credential preferred; full-time, on-site, with comprehensive benefits including health, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background clearance.
• Associate/Bachelor degree preferred.
• RBT credential from BACB is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using ABA principles.
• Effectively communicate with families/guardians about progress.
• Track session data with the treatment team to meet goals.
• Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based activities.
• Model professional appearance and attitudes.
