Action Behavior Centers in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time work at ABC Clinic. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data.

This role offers daytime hours, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, with optional Saturdays. You will need an active RBT certification, be 18+, and complete paid RBT training within 20 days.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
