Action Behavior Centers in Romeoville, IL is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician. You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data.

No experience is required; paid training is provided and ABC covers your RBT certification. You’ll join a supportive team with opportunities for growth, and benefits include health insurance and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for role.
• No experience needed; paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
