The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and monitoring client progress. Qualifications
Must have current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Prior experience in a behavior analysis setting or with children/adults with autism is preferred.
Must engage in physical activity as required.
Responsibilities
Provide direct therapy to clients using ABA techniques.
Collect data on client behavior and progress.
Assist in managing challenging behaviors through interventions.
Track and report client progress to BCBAs.
Work closely with families and team members.
Participate in ongoing training related to ABA principles.
