Qualifications

• Previous experience in the ABA field is required.

Your Role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As an RBT, you will implement ABA therapy programs developed by a BCBA, providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism in home and community settings in Virginia. You will collaborate closely with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure consistent treatment implementation.
