A leading provider of ABA services is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) to improve the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role involves implementing ABA therapy plans under a BCBA's supervision, providing one-on-one therapy, and collecting data on progress. Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on individual's progress using Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to develop behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals.
