Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking an experienced, full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in educational settings under qualified supervision.

You will implement individualized behavior plans, help students build communication, social, and daily living skills, collect progress data, and collaborate with school teams. Starting pay is $28 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification through the BACB.
• Prior experience as an RBT or behavior technician, including implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Knowledge of ABA principles, positive reinforcement, and objective data collection.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to follow established plans and respond to supervisory feedback.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Put individualized plans into practice under direction and supervision of a qualified RBT supervisor.
• Help students practice meaningful skills in communication, social participation, and daily routines.
• Support participation in school and transitions using assigned strategies and reinforcement procedures.
• Collect accurate progress data and share observations with your supervisor to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with school teams to ensure consistent implementation of student plans.
• Maintain professional practice with required supervision and documentation.
