Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in educational settings. The role offers a starting hourly pay of $28.00 and a W-2 employment arrangement.

You will implement behavior intervention and skill-building plans under supervision, collect progress data, and collaborate with school teams to help students develop meaningful skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification with BACB.
• Prior experience as an RBT or behavior technician is required.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Help students practice communication, social skills, routines, and independence.
• Support participation in classroom activities and transitions.
• Collect progress data and share observations with supervisor.
• Collaborate with school teams to ensure consistent plan delivery.
• Maintain professional practice and comply with supervision and privacy norms.
