Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Gruene, TX seeks a daytime Behavioral Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years. This full-time role offers predictable hours from 8am to 5pm with potential Saturday shifts depending on patient needs.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and work with a collaborative team to help children learn through play while maintaining a safe environment. Immediate start dates are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with floor-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
