Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Magnolia, TX, is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace and floor-level activities.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
