Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician in Plainfield, IL. The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy for children, following personalized plans and collecting session data to monitor progress.

You will engage children through play, movement and reading, maintain safety and cleanliness in the therapy space, and collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or to be completed within 20 days of hire.
• Minimum 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• High school diploma or higher and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work and learn from demonstrated sessions.
