Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Full Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism in homes and our centers in St. Charles area. You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision and provide 1:1 support to each child, collecting data and communicating progress to families.

Role requires RBT and CPR certifications; travel may be required. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits for full-time staff are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• RBT certification required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism in homes and centers.
• Implement ABA programs and supervision by a BCBA.
• Collect, record and communicate data and progress to parents and team.
• Some travel may be required.
