Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in St. Charles, IL. You will work under a BCBA supervision and provide 1:1 support to children with autism, implementing ABA programs and documenting data for progress reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism.

• Collect, record and communicate data on patient behavior and progress to parents and team.
