Job summary

Adventist Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to work closely with the Director of Imaging and Radiologist to perform radiographic exams and support patient care. This exempt role reports to the Medical Imaging Services Director and contributes to department efficiency and continuity of care.

Required ARRT (R) and BLS per American Heart Association, with CRT license and fluoro permit due within six months. 1–5 years of staff technologist experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) is required.
• BLS certification per American Heart Association is required.
• CRT license is required; fluoro permit within 6 months of start date.
• 1–5 years experience as a staff technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform radiographic examinations under supervision of Imaging Director and Radiologist.
• Assist with all department functions; clerical through technical, as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and continuing education; participate in cross training of x-ray personnel.
• Maintain records, ensure quality control, and support hospital quality assurance programs.
• Operate imaging equipment, ensure safety, and provide patient-centered care.
