Adventist Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate x-ray equipment, position patients, and ensure safe imaging procedures. The role requires ARRT-R certification, fluoroscopy licensing, and BLS certification, with state RT licensure within the hiring state.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in radiologic technology preferred.
• ARRT-R radiography certification required.
• Fluoroscopy license required; BLS certification required.
• CA state RT license required within 6 months in state of employment if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Op­erates x-ray equipment to produce radiographs.
• Positions patients for imaging exams and instructs them prior to examination.
• Adjusts voltage, current and exposure time for each radiograph.
• Monitors patient safety during exams and verifies exam information.
• Reports results to physicians and verifies exams on PACS.
