Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of Georgia.
• Certificate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Passion for patient-centered care and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents in achieving mobility and rehabilitation goals.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans with accuracy and empathy.
• Foster a positive, motivating environment for residents and families.
• Accurately document treatment sessions and progress notes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centered care.
