• Promotes facility mission and values in service delivery.
• Provides treatment as directed by the staff physical therapist.
• Observes and evaluates treatment effects and discusses with PT.
• Performs assessments and reassessments per policy for all patients.
• Demonstrates knowledge of physical therapy modalities and safety.
• Maintains records and ensures department cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborates with staff, physicians and families in care planning.
