Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center in North Andover, MA. This full-time role offers $34–$38/hour with benefits.

You will provide treatment under a licensed PT, guide residents through exercises and transfers, and document responses. New grads welcome; MA PTA license required. Comprehensive benefits include health, retirement, CEU reimbursement, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active MA PTA license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide treatment under the direction of a licensed PT.
• Guide residents through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and transfers.
• Observe progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Coordinate with nursing and other therapists around residents' care.
• Document treatment sessions and residents' responses.
