Job summary

Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role at Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center in North Andover, MA. The PT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead rehabilitation to promote meaningful recovery in a skilled nursing setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active MA PT license with strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide treatment focusing on gait training, balance, strengthening, endurance, mobility, transfers and pain management.
• Reassess progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing, physicians, and families.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Document accurately and timely per guidelines.

$48–$52/hour

Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys helping residents regain mobility, improve function, and achieve meaningful recovery in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on gait training, balance, strengthening, endurance, mobility, transfers, and pain management
• Reassess resident progress and modify treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and families
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
